By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

 

 

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer complimentary shipping across India for all orders.

  • In-stock jewellery is dispatched within 48 - 72 hours from order confirmation.

  • Made-to-order jewellery requires 21 business days for crafting before dispatch. This may vary based on the complexity of the design.

  • All shipments are fully insured until delivered. Customers are advised to inspect their package for tampering or damage before accepting delivery.

 

 

Packaging & Gift Options

  • Every piece is delivered in Nodes of Destiny’s signature packaging, designed to reflect the craftsmanship and elegance of your jewellery.

  • We offer complimentary gift wrapping along with a personalised message.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your jewellery, but if you wish to return a purchase, you may do so under the following conditions:

  • A 15-day money-back policy is available for in-stock items.

  • The jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact.

  • Custom, engraved, or personalised jewellery cannot be returned.

  • Returns will be processed only after a quality inspection of the product and packaging.

  • Loss of the original diamond certificate will incur a replacement fee of INR 2000 or INR 850 per carat, whichever is higher.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Our team will schedule a secure pickup and provide further instructions.

  • Upon receipt, the jewellery will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method for prepaid orders and via bank transfer for COD orders.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed anytime under our lifetime exchange/upgrade policy, with deductions for making charges and taxes.

  • We offer exchanges with 100% value of gold and 90% value of diamonds.

  • If the item is damaged, or if any stones or certificates are missing, the exchange value will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Making charges and applicable taxes will be deducted from the final exchange value.

  • Jewellery must pass a quality inspection before an exchange is approved.

 

 

Additional Terms

  • Any item that shows signs of wear, resizing, or tampering may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
