Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or surface damage
  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage
  • Repairs, resizing, or modifications carried out by third parties
  • Loss of diamonds or gemstones

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a cancellation fee
  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled
  • Made-to-order and customised pieces are not eligible for cancellation
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Refund on Cancellation

  • Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases
