Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:
- Structural defects such as loose settings, clasp malfunctions, or other structural/manufacturing issues.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage due to improper handling.
- Modifications or repairs by third parties.
- Loss of stones.
We offer a 15-business-day return policy and a lifetime exchange program, subject to the conditions mentioned.

2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a cancellation fee to prevent misuse.
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Made-to-Order pieces are not eligible for cancellation.
- If an order is eligible for cancellation, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
