• Taxes: A 3% GST is applicable and shown at checkout
  

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns

• Eligible within 15 days for in-stock items
  
• Must be unused, with invoice and certificate
  
• Applicable for items up to INR 3,00,000
  
• Refunds processed within 14 days via bank transfer
  
• Made-to-order items are not eligible
  

Exchanges / Upgrades

• Lifetime exchange available (up to INR 3,00,000)
  
• 100% metal value + 90% diamond value
  
• Excludes making charges and taxes
  
• Adjustments apply for damage or missing components
  

Cancellations

• Allowed within 24 hours (with applicable fee)
  
• Not allowed after processing
  
• Not applicable for custom orders
  

6. In-Store Purchases & Services

Purchases, consultations, and services conducted at our retail store are also governed by these Terms.

Product availability, pricing, and timelines may vary slightly between online and in-store experiences.
