These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
2. Services Offered
- E-Commerce Platform: Users can browse and purchase lab-grown diamond jewellery.
- Customisation Services: We offer bespoke jewellery options, including design modifications, metal purity and colour choices, diamond quality selection, setting variations, and personalised engravings.
- Consultations: Both in-store and virtual consultations are available upon prior booking.
- Educational Content: We provide educational resources on diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, jewellery care, and jewellery guides.
3. Account Registration
- Certain features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.
4. Ordering, Pricing & Payments
- Pricing: Prices are determined based on market rates for metals and lab-grown diamonds and may fluctuate accordingly.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and bank transfers.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in INR.
- Taxes & Duties: Prices are exclusive of GST. A 3% GST will be applied and displayed below the product price.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Return Policy: In-stock jewellery can be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the invoice and product certificate. Returns are accepted for items up to INR 300,000. If any components (e.g., diamonds, certificates) are missing or damaged, a deduction will be applied. Once approved, refunds will be processed via online bank transfer within 14 days. Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns.
- Exchange Policy: We offer a lifetime exchange and upgrade on jewellery valued up to INR 300,000. The exchange value is 100% of the prevailing metal price and 90% of the current diamond value, excluding making charges and taxes. If the jewellery is damaged or missing components, the exchange value will be adjusted accordingly.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a cancellation fee to prevent misuse. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled.

- All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Nodes of Destiny or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
