At Nodes of Destiny (“NOD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we want you to feel confident about every piece you purchase. This policy outlines our return, exchange and buyback terms for jewellery purchased online or in-store.

1. Returns

• We offer a 15-day return window on eligible in-stock jewellery valued up to INR 3,00,000.
• The jewellery must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
• Returns must include the original packaging, invoice and diamond certificate.
• Customised, engraved and personalised pieces are not eligible for return.
• All returns are subject to a quality inspection.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refunds:

• Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method
• COD orders → refunded via bank transfer

2. Lifetime Exchange

We offer a lifetime exchange on jewellery valued up to INR 3,00,000.

On exchange, you receive:

• 100% of the prevailing metal value
• 90% of the current diamond value

Making charges and taxes are not included in the exchange value.

The jewellery must pass our quality inspection. Any missing or damaged components may affect the final exchange value.

3. Lifetime Buyback

We offer a lifetime buyback on jewellery valued up to INR 3,00,000.

On buyback, you receive:

• 100% of the prevailing metal value
• 80% of the current diamond value

Making charges and taxes are not included in the buyback value.

The jewellery must pass our quality inspection. Any missing or damaged components may affect the final buyback value.

4. Important Conditions

• Customised, engraved and personalised pieces are not eligible for return, exchange or buyback.
• The applicable metal and diamond value will be determined at the time of exchange or buyback.
• Jewellery showing signs of significant wear, damage, resizing or tampering may be subject to deductions.
• The original invoice and diamond certificate should be presented wherever applicable.
• All exchange and buyback transactions are subject to verification and quality inspection.

5. In-Store & Online Purchases

This policy applies to jewellery purchased online and from our retail store.
