Meet the Founders

Rachita Rakyan

A National Institute of Design (NID) alumna, Rachita is a master of visual storytelling and design. As founder of YME Design, she’s spent 20+ years blending aesthetics with strategy, creating compelling narratives. Guided by her philosophy, "Design for Delight", she transforms ideas into visually stunning jewellery that speaks of individuality and elegance.

Abhishek Dhandia

A 6th-gen jeweller with deep roots in craftsmanship and a keen eye for business, Abhishek has spent 8+ years managing B2C & B2B clients across India and beyond. A GIA-certified AJP, he merges traditional expertise with a love for tech, e-commerce & innovation. Fun fact? He started in corporate finance at EY, navigating M&As before diving into the world of diamonds.

Gaurav Rakyan

With 25 years in investment banking & management, Gaurav has handled $1B+ AUM across 22 deals in 8 cities. A SEBI-approved investment manager, he’s a pro at raising capital and scaling businesses. You may have spotted him speaking at Global Business Summits or on NDTV Realty Show—now, he’s bringing his strategic edge to Nodes of Destiny.

Dr. Mayank Agnihotri

An educationist, entrepreneur, and risk-taker, Dr. Mayank chairs the Banshi Group of Institutions and holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Symbiosis Pune. He’s run a luxury beach club in Goa, dabbled in real estate & bespoke menswear. His diverse experience adds a fresh perspective to NOD’s journey.
