  • Bank Transfers

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure complete data protection.

2. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees)
  • Prices are exclusive of GST
  • A 3% GST is applied and displayed at checkout

3. Refunds

Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns, as per our Shipping & Returns Policy
  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds

Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer

Deductions

  • A 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Any deductions due to damage, missing components, or certificate loss will be applied as per policy

4. Payment Failures & Chargebacks

  • If a payment fails but the amount is debited, it is typically reversed automatically within 7–10 business days by your bank or payment provider
  • In case of delays, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us

Chargebacks:

  • Any chargeback requests will be reviewed thoroughly
  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unjustified claims

5. In-Store Payments

  • Payments made at our retail store are also covered under this policy
  • Refunds for in-store purchases will be processed in accordance with the same terms and timelines

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
