1. Shipping

• We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders
  
• In-stock jewellery is dispatched within 48–72 hours of order confirmation
  
• Made-to-order jewellery requires up to 21 business days for crafting before dispatch (timelines may vary based on design complexity)
  
• All shipments are fully insured until delivery
  
• Customers are advised to check packages for any visible damage or tampering at the time of delivery
  

2. Packaging & Gifting

• Every piece is delivered in Nodes of Destiny’s signature packaging
  
• We offer complimentary gift wrapping with a personalised message upon request
  

3. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

• A 15-day return window is available for in-stock items valued up to INR 300,000
  
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with:
  
  
  Original packaging
  Invoice
  Diamond certificate
  
  
  
• Custom, engraved, or personalised pieces are not eligible for return
  
• Missing or damaged components (including certificates) will result in deductions
  
• Loss of the diamond certificate will incur a replacement fee of INR 2,000 or INR 850 per carat (whichever is higher)
  
• All returns are subject to a quality inspection
  

Refunds:

• Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  
• COD orders → refunded via bank transfer
  
• Processing timeline: within 10 business days after approval
  

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Our team will arrange a secure pickup
  
• Once received, the product will undergo inspection before approval
  

Exchange & Upgrade Policy

• We offer a lifetime exchange and upgrade on jewellery valued up to INR 3,00,000
  
• Exchange value includes:
  
  
  100% of prevailing metal value
  90% of current diamond value
  
  
  
• Making charges and taxes are not included in the exchange value
  
• Items must pass a quality inspection
  
• Damaged items or missing components will reduce the final exchange value
  

4. In-Store Purchases

• This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases
  
• Returns, exchanges, and upgrades for store purchases are processed under the same terms
  
• Customers may visit our store for assistance with returns or exchanges if preferred
  

5. Additional Conditions

• Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or tampering may not be eligible
  
• Refunds will only be processed after successful inspection
  
• Processing timelines may vary slightly depending on logistics and verification
